"Decent for the price, but nothing special"
It was priced fairly and it did the job I needed it to do, so I can’t really complain too much, but at the same time I wouldn’t call it an amazing deal because a few parts felt kind of cheap once I actually used it and I guess I was just expecting it to feel a little better overall for what I paid. It’s not bad at all, just average. If the price looks good to you, it’ll probably be fine.

"Sturdy overall, just a couple little things"
Overall, I’m happy with it. I put it together in the living room on a Saturday afternoon, which probably wasn’t the best idea because I had parts spread out everywhere, but it wasn’t too bad. The stand feels solid and doesn’t really wobble much, even after I dragged it around a couple times trying to decide where I wanted it. There was a tiny mark on the finish on one piece, but it’s not something I notice unless I’m looking for it. Getting the screws lined up took a little patience, but once everything was tightened down, it felt sturdy and like it should hold up well

I didn’t have any trouble paying on vebos.co.uk. There were a few payment options, so I just went with the one I usually trust — maybe I’m overly cautious about that kind of thing, but it felt like the safest choice. Checkout was quick, nothing really confused me, and it was nice not having to deal with any hassle just to pay.

"Tracking was actually spot on"
The order tracking worked really well. I kept checking it, expecting it to be off like usual, but nope, it was accurate the whole time. Can’t even blame the delivery folks this time

"Easy exchange, honestly no hassle"
I accidentally ordered the wrong size, which was totally on me, so I reached out to Vebos to sort an exchange. To be fair, I don’t really get why people make returns sound like a nightmare, because they replied quickly and gave me clear steps without making it complicated.

I sent it back and the replacement showed up a few days later. No chasing, no awkward back and forth, nothing like that. It was simple and straightforward, and I’d definitely use them again.

Just wanted to share in case anyone else is dealing with a warranty issue, mine was handled really smoothly. I had a problem with the item, got in touch, and they replied clearly without making it complicated. A replacement was sent out quickly too. it was a good experience and I’d say don’t hesitate to contact them if something goes wrong

I ordered from Vebos and, if I'm honest, I wasn't expecting much beyond hopefully getting the parcel on time. I always say delivery dates don't bother me too much, but then I still end up checking the tracking like a hawk.

The dispatch email came through quickly, and the tracking actually worked properly, which was a nice surprise. At the same time, I kept thinking it might suddenly stop updating because that seems to happen with half the stuff I order online.
In the end, it arrived on the day they said it would, well packed and with no fuss. Not exactly the most exciting thing in the world, but also exactly what you want, so I'd happily use them again

"Got sorted out in the end"
I had an issue with my order and, it took longer than I expected to get a proper response. That part was a bit frustrating. But once they finally got back to me, they did sort it out and fixed the problem. Not PERFECT service, but at least it was resolved in the end.

"Cables finally look tidy"
I ordered this from vebos.co.uk because the cables behind my TV stand were a bit of a mess. It was easy to fit, and now everything looks much tidier, much cleaner. Delivery was quick as well, so no complaints there. It does exactly what I needed it to do, really, and I’m happy with it

"Helpful service, but the wait was annoying"
I had a small issue with my order and, i was getting frustrated waiting for it to be sorted. Once customer service got back to me though, they were really helpful and didn’t make it a big drama. They explained things properly and got it fixed, which I appreciated. Bit of a wait, but overall I’d still be happy to use Vebos again

"Shipping seemed fair, no nasty surprises"
I ordered from vebos.co.uk and, i was kind of relieved that the shipping cost seemed reasonable. I’m never totally sure what to expect with delivery fees, especially when they suddenly show up at checkout, but this one didn’t feel like a bad surprise.

Everything looked clear before I paid, and I didn’t notice any strange extra charges added on. Maybe that should be standard, but it still makes a difference to me. I’d probably order from them again.

"Arrived Damaged, But They Put It Right Fast"
When it first arrived damaged, I felt that sinking feeling you get when you’ve been waiting for something and it turns up not quite right. But to be fair, they sorted it out really quickly, which took the stress out of it. What I remember most is going from being annoyed to actually feeling relieved fast.

"Missing parts sorted really quickly"
A couple of small parts were missing from my order, which was a bit frustrating at first. To be fair though, these things can happen, so I emailed Vebos and they got back to me the same day.
They sent the missing bits out really quickly and didn’t make it complicated. I think it’s only fair to judge a company by how they handle a problem, and they handled this one well. 5 stars from me.
